Unfortunately Rajiv Gandhi was Assassinated on May 21,1991 and the report shelved by Narsimha Rao Government. Other witnesses to this meeting included Natwar Singh and Vincent George , Political Secretary to Rajiv Gandhi, claims Vikram Bajwa.
